A Couple Quick Notes!

1) Everyone did awesome this last week during the Open! I was blown away by the effort and support everyone at the gym had for each other, I hope we can continue that the next 4 weeks!

2) If you are planning on completing an open workout on any day besides Friday, please make sure you ask someone before hand to judge you as it is not the regularly programmed workout!

3) Our very own Kaylee Owens birthday is this week and she has invited everyone and anyone to come celebrate with her at The Jet in Mill Creek on Saturday the 8th at 8 P.M if you have any questions please feel to ask her about it!
