The CrossFit Season Comes to an End

Hey Guys! It was absolutely amazing to see all you of guys come down and support me this weekend, you have no idea how much it means to me! I can't thank you guys enough, even if it was just watching the live feed online, your words of encouragement were awesome! Now that the competition season is over for me, look for some changes to our class schedule to accommodate our new Barbell class and summer schedule!

Strength:

Back Squats

* Use your 1RM from last week, make sure with the light weight that you are focused on depth and body position
