The CrossFit 2014 Season Starts Today!
Just a couple quick notes before you get to find out what the workout is!
1) Last week we had an awesome turnout at 5 p.m! While I love having big classes 18 is a lot so make sure you are registering online because it is important to me that everyone is getting individualized attention and we are not having to share equipment if we can avoid it! If you do not have a login, make sure you come talk to me!
2) For some of you that know and the others that don't we are sponsoring as a gym our one and only Pat Marsters and her Relay for Life Team! She is currently in the process of kicking breast cancers ass and we are going to be behind her 100%! We will be holding a benefit BBQ on Saturday June 29th at 11:30 a.m! We have a facebook event that I would love for people to RSVP on so we can know how much food to get!
3) In addition to our regularly scheduled programming next week, I will be adding an additional accessory piece that is to be completed after the class has finished for those who are wanting to become a little more competitive or put a little extra time on their fitness!
4) Lastly I would just like to thank every single one of you for all your support at Regionals, it has been an awesome experience for myself and Kelsey to have filled our gym with such amazing individuals, we truly feel lucky and blessed to have all of you guys as part of our CrossFit North Sound Family.
