Hey Guys and Gals I hope you have had a great relaxing weekend! Just a couple quick notes! As some of you may or may not know the worldwide open begins Febuary 27th! This will give you a chance to prove your fitness against CrossFitters around the world! I would love to have as many of you guys signed up to particiape as we can! In addition there will not be class Tuesday the 28th at 10 A.M! I will make the change on Mindbody!

Strength:

Take 15 Minutes to Work to a 1RM Back Squat

*Take as many sets as need


Conditioning:

10 - 8 - 6 - 4 -2 

Squat Clean (155/105)

Burpees Over Bar


Accessory:

4 Sets of 12 Strict Single Arm KB or DB Presses

* rest 30 Seconds b/t arms - 2 min b/t sets
