This Saturday our fellow CrossFitter's to the north at Pilchuck CrossFit in Arlington will be holding a fundraiser workout for the victims of the Oso Mud Slide. It starts at 9 A.M and I know Paul Anderson along with some other are planning on heading up. It would be a good chance to get out and show our support for the community. If you have any questions about the event let me know.
