Come try out our Crossfit Classes--a strength and conditioning program that is truly the best way to reach your health and fitness goals! Classes take place in a group setting with individualized coaching, providing a team atmosphere that makes you better as an individual. Classes will take up the full hour, so please be on time and ready to go!
Strength Class is for athletes who want to learn how to feel more comfortable with the barbel. Advanced and beginner athletes alike will work alongside a coach to gain better technique, as well as build greater strength.
Open Gym is free time open to athletes to work on weaknesses, practice new skills, do a quick wod, or just hang out with friends! Open Saturdays late morning only!
