Schedule Note:

Hey guys, I have talked to as many people as I can and due to the popularity of the 4pm and 5pm and the lack of attendance at 7pm. Starting next week we are going to move the class all the classes forward to being on the 30's. The evening class schedule will now be 3:30,4:30,5:30,6:30. If you have any issues with this please make sure to come talk to myself or Kelsey! We are always trying to make the gym the best experience for everyone and I want to make sure to continue to provide quality coaching and individualized attention.  


Strength:

6 Sets of 2 Pause Back Squats (75-85% of 1RM)

Pause Back Squat - European CrossFit Regional Champ

*At least 2 Second Pause at the Bottom


Conditioning:

8 Minute AMRAP

5 Deadlifts (275/185) 

10 Burpees

20 Double Unders
