The Goal Board has been wiped down and its time to update goals! Try to set a challenging yet realistic goal for the next 4-6 Months! If your losing motivation from the week to week grind the goal should be something that you can look at to remind yourself why your working so hard!


Back Squat

4 @ 50%

4 @ 60%

4 @ 70%

4 @ 80%

3 @ 85%

2 Sets of 1 @ 90%

*Don't Exceed 90% It should feel good, and move fast - We will retest next week


14 Minute AMRAP

5 Burpees

10 KB Swings (53/35)

15 Wallballs (20/14)

Run 100m 


4 Sets of 6-10 Strict Pull-Ups

*Work Negatives instead of bands if you can't complete Prescribed
