Heads-Up for the Week:
1) There will not be a 7:30 a.m class Tuesday and No 7 P.M Class Friday

2) Coach Chris will be teaching the evening classes on Friday the 4th! Make sure you all get in there and get a chance to introduce yourself to him. 

3) Remember that Dr. Annie of Head 2 Toe Chiropractics will be here at 6 P.M next Friday to have a mobility class!


Strength/Skill:

30 Box Jumps (24/20)

20 Burpees
