Strength:

A) Front Squat

5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1 

* Take 5 Sets to work to a Heavy Single (-15 Minutes)


B) Push Press:

3 - 3 - 3 - 3 - 3 

* All sets should be around 85% of best Push Press Single (-15 Minutes)


Conditioning:

6 Minute AMRAP

20 Double Unders

10 Burpees



Accessory :

Snatch Pause Pull

3 sets of 3 + High Pull

* Pause at Positions 2 and 1 + a High Pull (90-95% Best Snatch)
