Hey Guys! As some of you may know, Kelsey and I will be out of town from the 25th of December until the 31st. We will still be running classes but on a limited basis! The class schedule will be updated on MindBody so make sure you sign up please.

Thursday December 26th: 10 A.M, 3:30 P.M, 4:30 P.M
Friday December 27th: 10 A.M, 3:30 P.M, 4:30 P.M
Saturday December 28th: 9 A.M, 10 A.M
Monday December 30th: 10 A.M, 3:30 P.M, 4:30 P.M. 5:30
Tuesday December 31st: 10 A.M, 11.AM
This will be the first time I have been away from the gym for more than 1 day. I really appreciate all of your support and help. This will mark the 1 Year anniversary of the gym being open. Thank you all for helping me create an awesome community at CrossFit North Sound.
