I hope everyone had an awesome weekend. I have had a few people come up to me about making a Progenex order. I will be making one on Friday, please let me know in writing by Thursday afternoon if you would like me to place an order for you!

In addition the Thanksgiving Holiday Schedule will be as follows!

Mon-Weds (11/25-11/27): Normal Class Schedule
Thurs (11/28) Thanksgiving: No Class - Enjoy time with family and friends!
Friday: (11/29): No Morning Classes or 6:30 P.M - Only 3:30, 4:30 and 5:30 P.M!
Saturday: Normal Class Schedule

Strength:

Push Press - 5 Sets of 5 Reps

*Do not exceed 90% of your estimated 5rm - All sets should be heavy, were not warming up to a max

Conditioning:

15 Minute AMRAP

5 Power Cleans (185/125)

10 Wallballs

15 Box Jumps

*The Power Cleans should be heavy enough that you can't string them together for more than sets of 2-3

Accessory:

100x4 Heavy Reverse Sled Pulls - Rest 60 Seconds b/t Sets
