10 Minute Individual Warm-Up
Conditioning:
In teams of 3:
1 Partner Must Complete a 300m Medball Run
1 Partner Completes as many Burpee Pull-Ups as Possible
1 Partner Completes as many Thrusters (95/65) as possible
Once the partner comes in from the run everyone rotates stations.
The workout is completed after your team has completed after each partner has completed 3 sets of medball runs
Your score will be your time, minus the number of reps you get (counted as seconds)
i.e you finish in 20 minutes and complete a total 121 reps your score would be 17:59 minutes!
