Coach Kelsey in the house all day! Make sure you get in and tackle one of the longest benchmark workouts CrossFit has to offer! Again there will be no 7:30 A.M or Noon Class tomorrow. I will do my best to represent all of you this weekend against the best Canada has to offer. 

Strength/Conditioning:

20 Pull-Ups

30 Push-Ups

40 Sit-Ups

50 Air-Squats

Rest 3 Minutes

If you are unable to complete each round under 10 mins you will scale down to
