Scheduling Note:

Starting next week we will be having a schedule change on Tues/Thursday evening. To accommodate those whose jobs are affected by the upcoming holiday season we will be shifting the class to on the hours on Tuesday and Thursday. The new schedule for those days will be 4,5,6 and 7 P.M. There will no changes to any morning classes or evening M/W/F. The online schedule for next week will reflect those changes so you will see them when you sign up. If you have any questions please feel free to let me know.  

Strength:

Take 15 minutes to work to a moderately heavy 

Squat Hang Clean + Squat Clean


Conditioning:

13 Minute AMRAP

20 KB Swings

20 Sit-Ups

20 Air Squats

4 Squat Cleans (@ 80% of Strength)


Accessory:

Mobility - This gets overlooked, make sure you are working to improve range or motion thru movements that are difficult for you.
