Maintenance Note: 

Hey Guys and Gals! This note is just to remind you guys that you should be cooling down and stretching/mobilizing after every workout! I know its easy to just flop on the floor then grab your stuff and leave but we really need to get in the habit of taking 5-10 Minutes afterwards to take care of problem areas. You work so hard to improve your health and fitness in the class so don't let injury or problem areas slow you and prevent you from continuing to push your limits in the workouts.
