Schedule Change for Memorial Day:

We are going to have a condensed schedule on Monday 5/27/13

There will be Classes at 9 and 10 A.M!

In addition to that we will continue to keep the 12 P.M Classes on Weds/Friday Starting next week!

Strength:

In 15 Minutes Work to a Heavy Set of 5 Deadlifts 

+

4 sets 20 Band Pull-Aparts Between 


Conditioning:

200m Run

50 Sit-Ups

50 Kettlebell swings (53/35)

300m Run

40 Sit-Up

40 Air Squats 

400m Run

30 Sit-Ups

30 Burpees
