Deadlift

5 - 5 - 5 - 5 - 5 

*Focus on a good strong set up, make sure there is no slack in the upper back


 

Conditioning:

3 Rounds

10 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95)

15 Pull-Ups

20 Front Rack Lunges (135/95)


 

Accessory:

Ring Rows 4 Sets of 15 (Feet on Box, Parallel to Floor)

+

3 Sets of 20 Rear Delt Raises
