Couple Notes for this Week:

1) We will be testing many benchmark workouts so try hard to get here all week!

2) We have a handful of athletes competing in the Whiskey Throttle Throwdown this Weekend at CrossFit 9 in Woodinville! I would love to see you guys down there to support them! 

3) That Evening we will be having an engagement party to celebrate our very own Paul Anderson and Julie Rhoades upcoming nuptials! It will be at the Gym, Saturday evening at 7:00, feel free to bring a salad or snack to share!
