Strength/Skill:

Work up to a Single Heavy Close Grip Bench Press

*Close Grip Bench Press - It starts at 1:30, while he brings his hips off the bench I want you to pay attention to hand placement and elbow tracking!

Conditioning:

On the First Minute Complete: 1 Overhead Squat (115/75)+ 1 Burpee

On the Second Minute Complete: 2 Overhead Squats (115/75) + 2 Burpees

On the Third Minute Complete: 3 Overhead Squats (115/75) + 3 Burpees

.......

If you fail to complete all the movements in that minute, you take 1 Minute of rest and at the beginning of the next minute you try to continue. If you fail for a second time to complete all the movements in the minute you are done. The exception is if you fail for the first time after the 10 Minute Mark
