Strength:

Work to a 2RM Deadlift

*Focus on a good set-up and good mechanics throughout the whole lift, if you feel like things are not moving right, drop down in weight, work on technique and get more reps 


Conditioning:

50 - 40 - 30 - 20 - 10 Wallballs (20/14)

10 - 10 - 10 - 10 Burpee Box Jump

*After each round you will complete 10 Burpee Box Jumps, Try to go Unbroken on the Wallballs 


Accessory:

5 Sets of 10 Rings Dips

+

5 Sets of 20 Tates Press 

*No rest between Ring Dip and Tates - 2 Minutes "ish" between sets
