Scheduling Note:

Starting this week we will be having a schedule change on Tues/Thursday evening. To accommodate those whose jobs are affected by the upcoming holiday season we will be shifting the class to on the hours on Tuesday and Thursday. The new schedule for those days will be 4,5,6 and 7 P.M. There will no changes to any morning classes or evening M/W/F. The online schedule for next week will reflect those changes so you will see them when you sign up. If you have any questions please feel free to let me know

Back Squat

2 Sets of 5 Reps 45% & 55%

3 Reps @ 65%

3 Reps @ 75 %

3 Reps @ 85%

AMRAP @ 90%


Conditioning:

3 Rounds 

7 HSPU

10 Clean and Jerk (135/95)

21 Wallballs

*There isnt a whole lot of reps in this workout to make sure your hitting all of the movement standards!


Accessory:

3 Sets of 30 Band Pull- Aparts
