Happy Thursday! Remember that tonight at 7 P.M it is Barbell Class instead of a regular CrossFit Class! Make sure you sign up on mind body!

Strength and Conditioning:

EMOM x 20 

Even: 6 Front Squats (70%)

Odd: 12 KB Swings (53/35) + 6 Burpees

*If you want to make it more challenging clean the weight from the floor, otherwise we are taking it from the rack
