For some of us this may be a daunting workout for other it may look like a fun one, regardless of this particular workout we all have looked at a workout and thought no way, I'm not going to make it or this looks so hard I wont come. We want to change that paradigm, creating mental toughness and confidence in our own ability is just as important to our success in CrossFit as physical fitness. Setting a strong mental mindset before we walk in the door is just as important as showing up, we all joke about how sore we are or how its too hard or we don't want to do it which is great ,I gripe just as much as anyone but knowing when you hear "Ten Seconds" you can cast any doubt or uncertainty in your ability away is truly when you will be success with CrossFit or really anything else you set your mind too. When you are surrounded by people like that how can you not give the workout your all?
Check out this links below, these come from some of the very successful athletes in our sport.
