Hey Guys a Couple Quick Notes!

1) Please make sure that you are signing up online for classes. If you dont know your login please let me know and I will make sure you are all set up. You need to make sure you are registered before class to make sure that we keep our class sizes in check so everyone gets as much attention as possible and has access to the equipment they need!


2) We will be holding a Gym BBQ Next Friday at after the 5:30 Class (No 6:30 Class). This will be a awesome opportunity to hang out at the gym, meet new people and enjoy this awesome community. There is a sign-up on the board, please make sure you write your name down so I can plan on the number of people to expect. Bring your own beverage, I will provide burgers and brats but feel free to bring your own side, Paleo or not!

Run 400m

25 Burpees

50 KB Swings

100 Double unders

50 KB Swings

25 Burpees

Accessory:

3 Sets of 1 minute Weighted Plank x 1 Min Rest
