31 Heroes Sign-Up
Hey Guys! I hope everyone had an awesome weekend and is ready to get after it today! We had a great turnout for ladies night! If you were unable to make we missed you!
A couple quick notes on this Saturdays Class.
We will only be holding Class at 10 A.M
It will be the 31 Heroes Workout to support The 31Heroes Project, which was conceived in response to the downing of Extortion 17, a Chinook military helicopter, in Afghanistan on August 6, 2011 killing 30 military service members as well as one military working dog. Many of the fallen were Special Operators from the Navy’s SEAL community.
